We enjoyed it so much here we came back again. Their seabass in a sauce is so tasty, also the chilli prawns, wow! Lovely to sit right by the sea as the sun goes down.
After two nights at the fish market we opted for a less hassle meal. Hilmi on the water was perfect. Beautiful setting. We started with eggplant salad, octopus salad and homemade goat cheese. Everything was very good. A nice surprise also that the homemade cheese was actual grilled halloumi.
Been coming here for years and just love it. Choose your fish for the traders and they will deliver the fish to the restaurant to cook. You can choose meze from the restaurant and you fish comes with a salad and freshly baked bread. Just wonderful.
I went last night to Hilmi restaurant with my husband and another couple we arrived in time to watch the sun go down. We had a table right on the waters edge. We had a relaxing drink and then the waiter showed us the meze inside and explained what they all were.
